Retirement Plan	Note 16 — Retirement Plan Effective February 1, 2007, we implemented a 401(k) Savings Plan which covers all full-time employees.  At our discretion, we may match a certain percentage of the employees’ contributions to the plan. The matching percentage is currently 100% of the first 6% of each participant’s compensation, vesting fully upon our contributions.  Our matching contribution to the plan was $84,738, $77,168 and $87,846 for the years ended June 30, 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
