Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On June 30, 2011, we entered into a Technology Assignment Agreement with the Company’s Vice President of Operations to acquire exclusive, perpetual, non-cancelable rights to the patented GARP® technology he developed while employed by the Company. Under the agreement, he is paid a fee when the technology is employed. For the years ended June 30, 2014, 2013 and 2012, we made payments of $10,113, $10,113 and $20,000, respectively, under the agreement.
