Today, SimCorp's Board of Directors reviewed and approved the Group's annual
report for 2008. The annual report shows among other things that the company
has maintained its record-high performance from 2007 and posted an EBIT of EUR
38.4m (DKK 286m) and an EBIT margin of 22.0%. Revenue increased 11% to EUR 175m
(DKK 1.3bn). 

The annual report has been submitted to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S in full as an
electronic document. The annual report is also available for download from
SimCorp's website www.simcorp.com, as are single statements from Q4 2008. 

Investor meeting
SimCorp's Executive Management Board will present the annual report at an
investor meeting to be held Friday, 27 February 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the
company's headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will
be open to the public. An electronic meeting facility has been set up through
webcast (http://webcast.zoomvision.se/denmark/clients/simcorp/090227/) where it
will be possible to ask questions online via e-mail.
