SimCorp announces that, following a 10-day ‘standstill period’, prescribed by
law, it has now officially signed a license agreement with a Nordic Investment
Manager, announced on 14 February 2013 in Company Announcement no. 7/2013. 

The Investment Manager will be using SimCorp’s flagship product, SimCorp
Dimension, to manage accounting and back office transaction processing across
all asset classes and throughout its book of records.
