On 17 February 2015 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance
with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003,
also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”. 

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount
of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 74.4m) in the period from 23 February to 14
August 2015.

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 954,592 treasury shares corresponding
to 2.30% of the share capital.
