SimCorp announces that Frank Cohen, President EMEA at SAP AG, has decided to
resign from SimCorp’s Board of Directors with immediate effect. The reason for
the resignation is a conflict of interest pertaining to a European Asset
Manager. 

Franck Cohen was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors at the
annual general meeting on April 1, 2016.
