Sale of Common Stock and Formation Transactions
 
As discussed in Note
1,
on
February
9
and
March
10,
2017,
the Company sold an aggregate of
6,390,149
shares of common stock to investors in a public offering at
$13.50
per share. The proceeds, net of offering costs, were approximately
$78,855.
 
On
August
3,
2015,
the Company sold
10,666,667
shares of common stock to private investors at a price of
$13.50
per share. The proceeds, net of offering costs, were approximately
$130,199.
 
The Company contributed the net proceeds of the common stock offerings to the Operating Partnership in exchange for units in the Operating Partnership as described in Note
1.
