Royalties	(7) Royalties The Company had various royalty agreements in place extending through December 2011. These agreements relate to the acquisition of certain products as well as licensing arrangements. No agreement contains a minimum royalty provision. Certain royalty agreements contain confidentiality covenants. Royalty expenses were $39, $38 and $37, respectively, for 2011, 2010 and 2009.
