Royalties	(7) Royalties The Company entered into a licensing agreement in December 2012 that requires a minimum annual royalty payable through 2022. Those agreements related to the acquisition of certain products as well as various licensing arrangements, none of which contained a minimum royalty provision. Certain royalty agreements contain confidentiality covenants. Royalty expenses were $111, $33 and $116 for 2015, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
