Subsequent Event	(19) Subsequent Event Agrinos had an existing Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan in the amount of $705 as of the date it was acquired by the Company. This PPP loan was granted on April 27, 2020, $667 in principal and $5 in interest of this PPP loan was forgiven by the Small Business Administration on January 7, 2021 and Agrinos repaid the remaining outstanding balance. As a result, the PPP loan was extinguished on January 7, 2021 and the total amount forgiven of $672 will be recorded as other income in the Company’s consolidated statements of operations in the first quarter of 2021.
