Accounting Changes and Error Corrections [Abstract]
Classification Corrections

11. Classification Corrections — Corrections to the condensed consolidated statements of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 were made in connection with the Company’s operations in Australia, where the Company sells its products to distribution companies as well as directly to growers via third-party agents. The Company identified errors related to the classification of third-party agent’s commission amounts. The Company evaluated these errors and the impact to previously issued financial statements and concluded that the impact of this classification error is not material to any previously issued quarterly or annual financial statements. However, management has recorded correcting adjustments to the previously reported financial statement line items and related disclosures. The third-party agents’ commission in the amount of $119 and $278 was reclassified from net sales to operating expenses for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, respectively. The impact was an increase in net sales and gross profit in the amount of $119 and $278 and an offsetting increase in operating expenses in the same amount. This correction did not have any impact on operating income, net income, and earnings per common share.
