Management performed its annual analysis of goodwill and core deposit intangibles during the third quarter of 2024 and concluded that there was no impairment at September 30, 2024. At June 30, 2025, management's analysis concluded that there were no changes in the Company's financial statements or operations subsequent to the annual analysis that would indicate that it was more likely than not that goodwill or core deposit intangible was impaired.
