At the Shareholders' Committee meeting which took place after the AGM, the
Shareholders' Committee elected Bo Normann Rasmussen, Deputy CEO, Lars
Mikkelgaard-Jensen, General Manager, and Frank Moeller Nielsen, High Court
Attorney, new members of the Board of Directors. 

  -- Bo Normann Rasmussen is 45 years old and has been Deputy CEO and member of
     the executive board of AP Pension since 2010
  -- Lars Mikkelgaard-Jensen is 60 years old and has been General Manager at IBM
     Danmark, since 2004
  -- Frank Moeller Nielsen is 58 years old and Attorney as well as co-owner of
     ADVODAN in Naestved.

As a result of the election of Bo Normann Rasmussen, Lars Mikkelgaard-Jensen
and Frank Moeller Nielsen, the Board of Directors consists of eight members
elected by the Shareholders' Committee and three members elected by the Bank's
employees. 

At the subsequent board meeting, the Board of Directors elected its Chairman,
Torben H. Nielsen, former Central Bank Governor, and its Vice-Chairman, Peder
Damgaard, General Manager and former Principal.
