Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act this is to announce that Sydbank has been informed by Norges Bank that as at 5 November 2018, Norges Bank via shares (3.602%) and other financial instruments (1.396%) owns 4.998% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.
As regards the financial instruments Norges Bank has indicated that they have no fixed expiration date or exercise/conversion point.
