Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act this is to announce that Sydbank has been informed on 3 May 2019 by Dimensional Holdings Inc. that as at 30 April 2019, Dimensional Holdings Inc. via indirect holdings of shares (4.945%) and other financial instruments (0.176%) owns 5.121% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.
As regards the financial instruments we have been informed that they have no fixed expiration date or exercise/conversion period.
