* Motions submitted by shareholders to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting on 19 March 2020 must be received by the Bank no later than 6 February 2020.
It is expected that the financial statements will be released at 8.30am on the dates mentioned. Immediately following their release the financial statements will be available on sydbank.com.
If the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute dividend is adopted by the AGM, it is expected that the dividend will be available on the shareholder’s yield accounts on Tuesday 24 March 2020.
