3. PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT:	As of March 31, 2015, the Company did not own any interest in oil and gas properties or equipment. The Company disposed of its interest in Gabbs Valley Prospect effective as of December 30, 2014 and the South Okie Prospect effective as of September 10, 2014.
