Subsequent Events	Subsequent to December 31, 2017,  the Company received subscriptions for  1,200,000 shares of its Common Stock and warrants to purchase an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.25 per share which expire December 31, 2019 to a group of accredited investors. The Company received $120,000 as consideration for the transactions.
