Subsequent Events	Note 15 – Subsequent Events In February 2022, the Company entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with a third party to purchase certain oil and gas properties located in North Dakota for a preliminary purchase price of $1.5 million. The acquisition closed in April 2022 for approximately $1.4 million. In April 2022, Anthony Kamin, co-chairman of the board, resigned his position. Vice Admiral Andrew Lewis joined the board upon Mr. Kamin’s departure.
