NOTE 19 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During July 2012, an additional investment of $15,000 was made by the holder of the note payable listed in Note 6 on the same terms and conditions. On August 3, the Board approved the promotion of its VP of Product Development and Operations to Chief Operating Officer.
