TRADE RECEIVABLES & TRADE RECEIVABLES – RELATED PARTIES Trade receivables include amounts due from real estate services, asset management and commercial development. There is no allowance for doubtful accounts recorded. As of September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018 the Company had $954 thousand and $973 thousand, respectively, of trade receivables. As of September 30, 2019, and December 31, 2018, the Company had $2.5 million and $3.0 million, respectively, of receivables from related parties, primarily related to the AMA.
