Segment Disclosures SEGMENT DISCLOSURESPrior to June 30, 2021, we operated our business through two segments: Asset Management and Real Estate Services. After the classification of CES as a discontinued operation as described in Note - Discontinued Operations, which was included in the Real Estate Services segment, we now operate our business through one reportable segment, Asset Management.In our Asset Management segment, we focus on providing management services to a wide range of real estate owners and businesses that include a variety of commercial real estate uses, including apartments, hotels, office buildings, commercial garages, leased lands, retail stores, mixed-use developments, and urban transit-oriented developments. The properties and businesses we currently manage are located primarily along the Washington, D.C. Metro Silver Line in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, but we also manage projects in other jurisdictions including Maryland and Virginia. We also provide capital markets and brokerage services.
