Announcement No. 07/2012

At Topdanmark’s AGM on 19 April 2012 its share capital was written down by
1,075,896 shares. The time limit for filing objections on the write-down has
now expired and Topdanmark holds 855,104 of own shares representing 6.2% of the
share capital as opposed to the 10.00% previously reported in announcement No.
22/2011. 

This announcement is being published with reference to Sections 28 and 29 of
the Danish Securities Trading Act.
