Announcement No. 08/2015

Yesterday Topdanmark held an election of group representatives elected by
employees to its Board of Directors. The election committee has just approved
the vote counting. 

The following employees were elected:
Ann-Jeanette Bakbøl
Tina Møller Carlsson
Mette Jensen

The board members elected will join Topdanmark's Board after the Company’s
Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2015. 

Per Krogsgaard Mathiesen, Desiree Schultz and Aage Nedergaard Smidt, board
members elected by employees, will resign from Topdanmark's Board after the
Annual General Meeting:
