Announcement No. 22/2016

In company announcement no. 14/2016 Topdanmark announced that the buy-back
programme for 2016 was stopped temporarily as ordered by the DFSA. 

The DFSA has approved resumption of Topdanmark’s buy-back as of today.

At the present time, Topdanmark has bought back own shares at a value of DKK 53
of the 2016 buy-back programme of DKK 1,250m, which leaves a balance of DKK
1,197m of the buy-back programme. Topdanmark still intends to buy back own
shares at a value of DKK 1,250m based on the assumed profits for 2016, cf.
company announcement no. 10/2016.
