Acquisition	2. Acquisition On October 1, 2022, the Company completed its acquisition of Freedom Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Freedom Bank. Freedom Bank was founded in 2006 and operates out of a single location in Overland Park, Kansas. As of September 30, 2022, Freedom Bank reported total assets of $201.9 million, gross loans of $118.0 million, and total deposits of $150.4 million. The acquisition will be accounted for as a business combination under ASC 805.
