Fairlawn, Ohio - September 16, 2005 - Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: GCFC)
announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend
of 9 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on October 14, 2005 to
stockholders of record on October 3, 2005.
