Fairlawn, Ohio — September 24, 2007 — Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: CFBK) announced today that an award has been made in the previously disclosed arbitration matter. CFBank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, will pay approximately $660,000.
