Subsequent Event	NOTE 17- SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 1, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its common stock and a corresponding cash dividend of $7.00 per share on its Series D Preferred Stock. The dividend was paid on October 19, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 11, 2024.
