Subsequent Event	NOTE 16- SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 1, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share on its common stock and a corresponding cash dividend of $8.00 per share on its Series D Preferred Stock. The dividend was paid on October 21, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2025.
