November 2013 by notification pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:
Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)
The share of voting rights of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 18 November 2013
and, on this date, amounted to 2.98% of the total number of voting rights
(6,522,923 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
2. The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 19
November 2013 by notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:
Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway
The share of voting rights of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7,
85774 Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 18 November
2013 and, on this date, amounted to 2.98% of the total number of voting
rights (6,522,923 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting
rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. This share of voting rights was
attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG).
