The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 08 October
2014 by notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:
BlackRock Group Limited
The share of voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, United
Kingdom, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 01 October 2014 and, on this
date, amounted to 4.94% of the total number of voting rights (this
corresponds to 10,805,102 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200
voting rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
1.23% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,682,717 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
4.03% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8,820,822 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting
