Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on 03 November 2014
and, on this date, amounted to 2.99% of the total number of voting rights
(this corresponds to 6,541,239 voting rights of a total number of
218,797,200 voting rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')) in ProSiebenSat.1
Media AG.
0.89% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,943,094 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Investment Management (UK)
