The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 8 May 2015 by
notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG) as follows:
BlackRock Group Limited
The share of voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, England and
Wales, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 6 May 2015 and, on this date,
amounted to 3.003% of the total number of voting rights (this corresponds
to 6,570,245 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights
(the 'Total Voting Rights')) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
1.38% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,013,397 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
1.96% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4,283,560 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Please note that the total amount stated above does not necessarily equal
the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting
