The share of voting rights of BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited,
London, England and Wales, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 3 September 2015
and, on this date, amounted to 3.09% of the total number of voting rights
(this corresponds to 6,766,958 voting rights of a total number of
218,797,200 voting rights (the 'Total Voting Rights')) in ProSiebenSat.1
Media SE.
1.06% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,321,228 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Investment Management (UK)
Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
2.03% of the Total Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4,445,730 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Investment Management (UK)

sentence 2 WpHG.
