No restricted shares were excluded from the calculation of diluted net income per share for the three month and six month periods ending June 30, 2025. No restricted shares were excluded from the calculation of diluted net income per share for the three month period ending June 30, 2024. Restricted shares totaling 7,925 were excluded from the calculation of diluted net income per share because their effect would be anti-dilutive for the six month period ended June 30, 2024.
