Note 7. Income Taxes

 

The Company did not provide for income taxes during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 because it has projected a taxable net loss for the full year 2025 for which any benefit will be offset by an increase in the valuation allowance. There was also no provision for income taxes for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024.
