Related Party Transactions	The Company owes Eric McAfee and McAfee Capital, solely owned by Eric McAfee, $1,247,419 and $1,254,188, respectively, for salary and expense reimbursements, which are included in accrued expenses and accounts payable on the balance sheet as of March 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011.  For the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company expensed $13,928 and $8,178, respectively, to reimburse actual expenses incurred.
