Contingencies	11. Contingencies On August 21, 2012, UBS Securities, Inc. filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against the Company. The complaint seeks damages based on a breach of contract theory. The Company filed its answer on September 25, 2012. Because of the early stage of the action, the Company is unable to state whether an unfavorable outcome is either probable or remote or the amount of or range of potential loss, if the outcome should be unfavorable. The Company intends to defend itself vigorously.
