Related Party Transactions	The Company owes Eric McAfee and McAfee Capital, solely owned by Eric McAfee, $1,065,749 and $1,247,419, respectively, for salary and expense reimbursements, which are included in accrued expenses and accounts payable on the balance sheet as of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012. For the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company expensed $18,012 and $15,222, respectively, to reimburse actual expenses incurred. For the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company expensed $28,089 and $29,150, respectively, to reimburse actual expenses incurred.
