Related Party Transactions	The Company owes Eric McAfee and McAfee Capital, solely owned by Eric McAfee, $0.5 million and $1.0 million respectively, for salary and expense reimbursements, which are included in accrued expenses and accounts payable on the balance sheet as of March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013.  For the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, the Company expensed $34 thousand and $10 thousand  respectively, to reimburse actual expenses incurred for McAfee Capital and related entities.
