Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	*14.* Related Party Transactions The Company owes Eric McAfee, the Company’s Chairman and CEO, and McAfee Capital LLC (“McAfee Capital”), owned by Eric McAfee, $1.3 million as of March 31, 2025, in connection with employment agreements, bonus awards, expense reimbursements, and guarantee fees in connection with guarantees of the Company's indebtedness to Third Eye Capital provided by McAfee Capital and by Mr. McAfee personally.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
