Disaggregation of Revenue. Due to changes in the Company’s product types as discussed in Note 1 to the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements, product results for the Prior Year Quarter have been recast to present results on a comparable basis. Contract Balances. As of April 2, 2022, the Company had no material contract assets on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheets and no deferred contract costs. The Company had contract liabilities of (i) $5.8 million and $4.9 million as of April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, respectively, related to remaining performance obligations on licensing income, (ii) $3.0 million as of both April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, primarily related to remaining performance obligations on wearable technology products and (iii) $3.5 million and $3.6 million as of April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, respectively, related to gift cards issued.
