Contract Balances. As of October 4, 2025, the Company had no material contract assets on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheets and no deferred contract costs. The Company had contract liabilities of $0.2 million and $0.7 million as of October 4, 2025 and December 28, 2024, respectively, primarily related to remaining performance obligations on wearable technology products and $1.7 million and $2.1 million as of October 4, 2025 and December 28, 2024, respectively, related to gift cards issued.
