With reference to announcement no. [08.24]  of 12 May 2009 regarding the
completion of a rights issue, Bang & Olufsen a/s hereby announces that the
stabilisation period has expired. Danske Markets (division of Danske Bank A/S)
was the Lead Manager and the stabilisation agent in connection with the rights
issue. 
 
The Lead Manager has informed the company that no stabilizing measures have
been taken in Bang & Olufsen a/s' shares within the stablisation period.
