Bang & Olufsen strengthens the Board of Directors                               
Bang & Olufsen's Board of Directors has elected Brian Petersen, the President & 
CEO of Copenhagen Airports A/S, as commissioned member of the Board of          
Directors. At the same time it is the intention of the Board of Directors to    
propose that Brian Petersen be elected to the Board as a new member at the      
Group's coming Annual General Meeting on 27 September 2010.
