On the 9 June 2011 Bang & Olufsen a/s held en election for employee
representatives to the Board of Directors. 



The counting of votes has just been concluded, and the following have been
elected as employee representatives: 

-Re-election of Knud Olesen (Technical Project Manager)

-Re-election of Jesper Olesen (Machine Operator)



Knud Olesen has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bang & Olufsen a/s
for the past 8 years, and has been employed with Bang & Olufsen for 25 years. 



Jesper Olesen has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bang & Olufsen a/s
for the past 4 years, and has been employed with Bang & Olufsen for 7 years. 



In the election of the third employee representative, there was a parity of
votes between two candidates. As a consequence hereof the election of the third
employee representative will be made by draw. The draw will be effectuated as
soon as possible, and the result hereof will be communicated. 



The following alternates have been elected:

-Ole Kristian Olesen (Radio worker)

-Sonja Poulsen (Production worker)



The elected employee representatives will join the Board of Directors
immediately after the ordinary general meeting, scheduled to be held on Friday
the 23 September 2011.
