Executive Vice President and CFO Henning Bejer Beck has resigned from his
position at Bang & Olufsen in order to take up a position as CFO at Logstor
A/S. 

Henning Bejer Beck will continue in his position at Bang & Olufsen until the
end of July 2014. The search for a new CFO has been initiated.
