Capgemini Deutschland GmbH has completed a F2 system training at the cBrain
labs and received a F2 Certification. 

The certification of Capgemini is the first issued F2 certification in Germany,
and it is an important step in order to market and service the F2 product in
Germany. 





About F2 Certification



F2 is a software product suite for case and knowledge processing, developed by
cBrain. 



The F2 Systems Certification is based on one-site training program at the
cBrain labs in Copenhagen, which supports an external organization to gain an
understanding of the F2 product functionality and technology as well as an
understanding of product setup, implementation and support. 



With the F2 certification, the certified organization will have access to a set
of cBrain F2 related services, support as well as ongoing information, thereby
supporting the certified organization to implement and service F2 user
organizations.
