RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 9 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Convertible Notes Due to Related Parties Convertible notes due to related parties represent amounts provided to the Company from a director and the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officers. The outstanding principal on the convertible promissory notes, associated with related parties was $950,000 as of March 31, 2024, and December 31, 2023 and accrued interest of $ 272,824 and $151,081, respectively.
